After a major weight loss and a few uncomfortable consultations, I decided to look outside the San Antonio area to have a tummy tuck and an arm lift. Dr Pearce was my first consultant after expanding my search. When I walked in his office, I was greeted with the biggest smiles. After meeting Dr Pearce, I knew I found my surgeon!! Dr. Pearce was on call at Round Rock Medical Center at a very difficult moment for my family. My son experienced a very bad motorcycle accident on Sept. 12, 2022 and Dr. Pearce operated on him to repair the cosmetic results of severe head trauma. He has operated on my son 3 times, the last one being 2 days ago. He did miraculous work in restoring my son’s head shape and eye socket to normal. He worked for 6.5 hours in surgery this time to fix some abnormalities and my son looks great. We are so grateful to Dr. Pearce!

I chose doctor Pearce to do my chin lipo after I did some research on YouTube. His videos popped up and I instantly felt very comfortable booking a consultation. I love the fact that he educates us on every procedure beforehand and that he is just a very down to earth guy and I just love him. I am very skeptical when it comes down to choosing a doctor but that was never an issue from start to finish.
