Cancellation Policy

Confirmation Texts/Calls

As a courtesy we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. You will receive a text confirmation when you book your appointment and again as a reminder 24 hours or more before your appointment. We confirm in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and to inform us if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please never hesitate to call us if you forget when your appointment is so we can assist you. 

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

We love having you as our client and greatly appreciate your support of our business and talented team. Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment so that we can accommodate you without a charge. Cancellation of all appointments requires a 24 hour notice from the start of your appointment. If this agreement is not met, you will be charged a minimum of $50 or 50% of your total service. A no show will result in 100% charge for your total service and possibly lose the opportunity to book again. Services may require a deposit or to be paid in full before booking. 

Credit Card and Deposit Policy

We require a credit card to be on file for the client to reserve an appointment. The credit card will not be charged unless you fail to give 24 hour notice or fail to show up at the time of appointment or if there is a deposit or prepay requirement for the service. You will be notified at the time of the missed appointment if any charges will be incurred. 

Late Guests

We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment please call us 512-764-9076. We strive to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled for that date. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed on that day. Tardiness greater than 10 minutes may require rescheduling your appointment to another day. Recurring tardiness will result in a late fee or possibly lose the opportunity to book again.

Children & Patient plus 1s

In order to provide a relaxing environment for all guests and for the safety of your child we do not allow children to be left unattended. No children are allowed in the service room while a parent or guardian is receiving treatment. There are chemicals, lasers and sharp objects that could be potentially hazardous to your child. A child must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving treatments in the waiting area. Our staff is not able to assist in supervision. Patients are allowed one guest to come into the service rooms for consultations and pre-ops. 

Phones

Please take phone calls in the hallway and please turn your phone and devices on silent while waiting in the waiting area. Some services require a tranquil environment.
